Blending seductive R&B, glossy pop, and drill-influenced production, a collaboration that feels effortless and undisguised
“Photoshoot” is a late-night R&B fantasy about the universal experience of sending a spicy photo at just the right moment. Over dark, hypnotic production from Jesse Aicher, Tang delivers a flirtatious hook that feels instantly addictive, while Yvng Jin answers with a confident verse that pushes the song deeper into duet territory.
The collaboration came together in an organically modern way: through an open verse challenge on TikTok. After Tang posted the track online, Jin submitted a verse that immediately stood out. His tone, delivery, and x-rated point of view transformed “Photoshoot” from a solo female perspective into a two-way conversation full of lust and desire from both parties.
“Photoshoot is the perfect soundtrack for those moments when your self confidence is at an all time high - and you aren’t afraid to show off.” - Chloe Tang
The single was produced by Jesse Aicher and co-written by Tima Dee, with a full music video directed by Jake Thomas Pena. The visual will expand the world of “Photoshoot” into a sleek, intimate fantasy centered around seduction, self-image, and the thrill of being seen.
“Photoshoot” also represents a larger cultural moment for Tang and Jin. Both AAPI artists are carving their own lane in a genre they’ve historically been under-represented in, by making R&B that is sexy, confident, and mainstream-facing without losing individuality. Together, they bring a regional Southwest edge to the genre, and seamlessly weave their sounds together in a fashion that perceives them as lifelong collaborators. Effortless and seductive without hesitation.
After headlining shows in Phoenix and New York and landing her May single “Obsexxed” on Spotify’s Jasmine playlist, Tang is carrying that momentum into “Photoshoot” ahead of her fall 2026 tour.

About Chloe Tang: Writing music for more than half her life, Chloe Tang’s breakout trajectory first turned heads when she opened a 4,000-cap room for pop superstar Dua Lipa in 2018 — at a venue she had worked security at just months prior. Since this full circle moment, Chloe has been independently writing and performing between Los Angeles and Phoenix while building a world that blends emotionally charged pop, dark R&B, and rock influences into music that feels both cinematic and unapologetically raw. As Chloe jokes, her music says: “love me, but leave me alone.” With no label support, Chloe’s catalog has amassed over 11 million streams organically while landing placements on Spotify playlists including Jasmine, Fresh Finds, All New Pop, mood., and Dope AF. Dedicated to API representation, Chloe routinely nods to her Chinese roots throughout her music and visual identity.
About Yvng Jin: From the bright neon lights of Las Vegas, Nevada, Yvng Jin is a Filipino-American R&B singer-songwriter and producer. His sound is influenced by the likes of Bryson Tiller, Chris Brown, and The Weeknd. Utilizing the melodies of R&B and flows of rap, Jin creates music that can be felt by any listener across the world.
