Jocelle is joined by Singapore based Taiwanese-Canadian singer-songwriter Anie Fann, who has carved a niche for herself within Taiwan’s indie scene as an artist who is as genre-bending as she is cerebral. Preferring to focus on modern problems that society presents us rather than stock-standard themes of romance and fluff, the inquisitive singer-songwriter has in the last few years begun exploring the digital ethics of technological innovation and more interestingly, A.i. A polarising and vast topic whose possibilities threatens to simultaneously overtake and boost human creative potential to the next level, Jocelle picked Anie’s brain on her relationship with A.I., and how she sees it transform our relationship with our creative selves.

About the fluffle podcast: Hosted by music journalist and music industry executive Jocelle Koh, the fluffle podcast is a monthly podcast dedicated to uncovering empowering stories of women in music across Asia.

"‘the fluffle podcast’ is a love letter to all the female friendships that have taught me to forge my own path and stand my ground. Our intention is to bring listeners right into the space that so many women in music have held for ME – where collaboration, creativity and comfort intersect, and hopefully encourage others to seek out the same within their own circles” - Jocelle Koh

About Anie Fann: A Taiwanese-Canadian indie singer-songwriter and producer, known for her bright-eyed introspective voice, and intimate, playful storytelling. Her cerebral indie pop style of music is poetic, cinematic, and yet, approachable, often revolving around themes of quiet rebellion and the exploration of self. She is influenced by fiercely honest female songwriters such as Sara Bareilles, Imogen Heap, Joni Mitchell.
