ROLE: Marketing @ Relentless Records
Neha’s passion for music has shaped her career from a young age. She started songwriting at 11, developing her skills over the years before releasing her own music at 18, working alongside producers to bring her tracks to life. A major highlight of her early career was being recognized as BBC Asian Network’s Introducing Artist of the Week, which helped bring her music to a wider audience. After moving to London to pursue a career in music, Neha now works as a marketing professional at Relentless Records / Sony Music UK, supporting both UK and international artists.
One of Neha’s proudest achievements was creatively directing the 25th anniversary event for Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, a film that has always held a special place in her heart. More recently, she led the DAYTIMERS Alterations campaign, collaborating with South Asian creatives to reinterpret iconic tracks from the Sony Music India catalog. These projects showcase her ability to blend culture and creativity, while amplifying South Asian voices on the global music stage.
For Neha, her South Asian heritage is central to her work. She’s dedicated to bridging cultural gaps and supporting emerging talent, both through her role at Relentless and her personal music endeavors. As she continues to make her mark in the industry, Neha is helping shape a future where South Asian music and culture are at the forefront.
